ITEM NAME:100x Heat Shrink 2:1 Polyolefin Tubing Tube Sleeve Wrap Wire Assortment Durable Descriptio n Description: The heat shrinkable sleeve is a special polyolefin heat shrinkable sleeve, also called EVA material. The outer layer is made of soft cross-linked polyolefin material and inner layer hot melt adhesive. The outer layer material has the characteristics of insulation corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The inner layer has low melting point, waterproof sealing and high adhesion. . Performance: With high temperature shrinkage, soft flame retardant, insulation and corrosion resistance. Widely used in various wire harnesses, solder joints, inductance insulation protection, metal pipe, rod rust, corrosion and so on. The voltage level is 600V. The polymer material undergoes a glassy state with high temperature from low to high, and the performance is close to that of plastic in the glass state, and the performance is close to rubber in the high elastic state. The material used for the heat-shrinkable tube is in a glassy state at room temperature, and becomes highly elastic after heating. Use: The heat-shrinkable tube is heated to a high-elastic state during production, the load is applied to expand it, and it is rapidly cooled to maintain the expansion state, so that it enters the glass state, and this state is fixed. When heated, it will return to a high-elastic state, but when the load is gone, it will retract. Specifications: Material: Polyolefin Color: Black, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, White Size: 100mm Operating Temperature: -55 Â ° C To + 125 Â ° C Minimum Shrinkage Temperature: + 70 Â ° C Full Shrinkage Temperature: Up To + 110 Â ° C Tensile Strength: 10.4 Mpa Dielectric Strength: 15kV / Mm Flammability: Flame Retardancy Certification: UL Certification Package Included: 100 *Â 2:1 Heat Shrink Tubing Note: 1.Due to the manual measurement and different measurement methods, please allow 2-3cm deviation. 2.Please be reminded that due to lighting effects and moni. The outer layer material has the characteristics of insulation corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
