You can keep it as your own combination, or set a new one as following steps : The lock is preset at factory to open at 0-0-0-0, check the 0-0-0-0 aim at the indication line. Pull out the shackle. Turn the shackle 180 degree or 90 degree, then press down the shackle, turn the dials to set your combination. Pull out the shackle return to regular position.
