Description: 600W high power boost constant current module Module Properties: non-isolated step-up module (BOOST) Input voltage:two input voltage ranges optional(select with jumper on board) 1)12-60V factory default input range (for wide input voltage range applications) 2)8-16V (for three strings and 12V lithium battery applications) in a state where this input, do not exceed the voltage input Input Current: 16A (MAX) more than 10A, please enhance heat dissipation Quiescent current: 15mA (12V step up to 20V, the higher output voltage the quiescent current will increase ). Specification: Output voltage: 12-80V continuously adjustable (the default output 19V) Output Current: 12A MAX (more than 10A, please enhance heat dissipation ) Constant current range: 0.1-12A Output power: = input voltage V * 10A Such as :input 12V * 10A = 120W, input 24V * 10A = 240W,input 36V * 10A = 360W Operating frequency: 150KHz Conversion efficiency: up to 95% Working ripple: approximately 100mV Load Regulation rate: about 0.2% Voltage regulation rate: about 2% Overcurrent protection: Yes (input exceeds 17A, automatically reduce the output voltage, it has a range of error.) Short circuit protection: Yes (with 20A fuse) double short circuit protection, the use of more security. Input reverse polarity protection: None (if necessary, please enter the string into the diode) Output Counter filling: Yes, for charging plus blocking diode is not required. Installation: (2) 3mm screws Connection: terminal, needen't solder Module size: 76 * 60 * 56mm Package Includes: 1 Piece DC/DC Boost Converter 600W CC Module Note: Applications: DIY is a regulated power supply, input 12V can be,output 12-80V adjustable. Power supply for your electronic device , according to your system set the output voltage value . As a vehicle power supply, power supply for your laptop/PDA etc. DIY is a laptop mobile power supply,, travel will no worry with 12V high capacity lithium battery?pack. Solar panels regulator. Charge for the battery. Drive high-power LED. Output current adjustment methods: 1.According to your battery or LED,adjust the CV potentiometer and the output voltage is set to your desired voltage value.Such as 10 series LED are set to 37V, 4 series batteries are set to 55V. 2.Counter clockwise CC potentiometer about 30 laps, the output current is set to the minimum, then connect LED,adjust the CC potentiometer to the desired current. For battery charging, after the battery is fully discharged, and then is connected with the output, adjust CC to your desired current. Please don't use way of short circuit to adjust current
