ITEM NAME:Steelmaking Protection Glasses, Can be fixed helmet,Blue Description: Effectively blocking 99% UV and 98% infrared, to avoid the risk of causing eye injuries. But also to prevent ultraviolet,The effect of chemicals on the eye and the effect of the condensation of water vapor on the line of sight. This product absorbs a specific wavelength of the , can be used as a spectral material. The elemental of cobalt in the glass makes it strongly absorb the light in the long wavelength of the visible light, and the blue light is rarely absorbed, so the cobalt glass looks blue. Mainly used in laboratories, steel plants, smelters and cement plants to observe the flames. In the production process, mainly through the cobalt glass to observe the flame color to determine the furnace temperature. The heat flow in the kiln is fueled by the fuel, resulting in the heat of the flame, and the kiln temperature rises, so the flame temperature is high and the kiln temperature is also high. Normal flame temperature through the cobalt glass to see: the highest temperature in the middle of the flame white, the highest temperature on both sides was light, the front black. The flame reaction in the laboratory, through the cobalt glass filter yellow. For blue light different wavelengths of yellow, cobalt elements can be completely absorbed, so blue cobalt glass can filter yellow, remove the interference of sodium ions and observe the true color of the flame.
